Yoga helps to boost the immune system which is so vital for good health. It can help to combat stress, insomnia, weight gain, backaches and pains, low and high blood pressure, depression, anxiety,  lack of concentration and clarity.
There are many more things that yoga can do for us but it certainly helps us to return to balance, harmony, happiness and good health.
