New Yoga Student Documents

Yoga classes are excellent for your health and wellbeing you have made a really good choice to give them a try.  I would suggest you give the classes at least a term to really begin to feel the benefits.

 Before coming to a yoga class please could you read the links below so you know what to expect and what to bring etc.


If you could fill out the health questionnaire below and email to me prior to your class that would be very helpful but we do have copies in class to fill out just make sure you come 10 minutes early to your first class to allow time to fill in the form.
