Venue Hire
For groups or organisations looking for a venue to host their own retreats, workshops, and events, we have a number of potential options available for people.
The Woodland Retreat is able to accommodate up to 25, across our main house, Woodland Cabin, and Bell Tents. Outside of the spring/summer months, this number reduces a little as we take down our bell tents.

Hiring the house...
In the main house, we have accommodation for up to 14 guests across four bedrooms. The house comes with a spacious lounge, large kitchen, access to the balcony patio (which is beautiful in summer overlooking the woodland), and has our larger 16 person yoga studio attached directly to the living room, so you needn’t travel far!
The space is available for a variety of purposes and functions, and we are fully flexible to accommodate any of your needs.
The Woodland Cabin...
Our Woodland Cabin can be used for various functions. It can be used in conjunction with the main house as added accommodation, or it can also be used as a stand alone building for it’s own purposes and functions. All of the furniture, such as the bed coffee table has been designed to fold away to clear the space for other purposes. Origionally used by us as a yoga space and popup cafe, this can be utalised as excellent for a variety of purposes.
Our Sacred Roundhouse...
Best suited to 1-on-1 appointments between clients, this roundhouse is available for use to those who are looking to offer holistic/spiritual therapies or sessions.
Nestled in amongst the tree’s, this roundhouse is perfect for healing sessions. The only sounds to be heard are of the birds and the stream. It features a small wood burning stove that we will have already lit ready for when you arrive, and we can also add chairs, mats, or cushions on request.
Extra Accommodation...
Across the whole site, we have accommodation for up to 26 people, including 14 in the main house, 4 in the woodland cabin, and 8 across the two bell tents (please note our bell tents are only available between 01/04-01/10). We are able to offer a discount to those wishing to book the whole site (compared to the individual prices), and expect this could benefit larger groups greatly.
Further Information & Prices:
We have a number of facilities available to guests who stay at the Woodland Retreat, and have designed it in such a way that doesn’t exclude guests from accessing facilities based on their accommodation type. For example the Sauna is for any guest to use as they like, we simply ask that they take the privacy and space of the other guests who may also be using the space into consideration. Further, some facilities such as the Sacred Roundhouse are welcome to be used by anybody staying on site, however this space may sometimes be let out for private one on one sessions, in which case we ask that guests are patient and wait until this has finished.
